  • What type of workspace does Beaumont offer?

    Beaumont offer fully serviced, private offices with all the support required for you to focus on running your business. We have a range of sizes, allowing your business the flexibility to grow as required.

  • Where are your office spaces located?

    We have thirteen buildings across the heart of central London, from Mayfair to the City, including Midtown, Farringdon and Blackfriars in between. Please get in touch with our sales team to discuss options.

  • Are your offices fully furnished?

    Yes, our offices are fully fitted with the highest quality desks (with an option of sizes), ergonomic chairs, under desk lockable storage and optional larger storage units, as required. The layout of which will be entirely designed by you.

  • Can I build a meeting room in my office?

    Our dedicated team can assist in designing a bespoke layout to suit your requirements, whether that means incorporating an internal meeting room or executive office within a larger suite. We are always happy to discuss your requirements and create a layout that works for your business.

  • Can I customise my office space?

    Yes, the office layout can be designed to suit your requirements. Should you wish to incorporate artwork, company branding, or technology into the interior, our dedicated team is available to assist.

  • What office sizes do you offer?

    We offer tailormade spaces to suit from 2 workstations to 40+. We are generous with our space and allow more sqft per desk than most.

  • What happens if my business needs more space?

    We understand that your requirements may change and we are always on hand to discuss your changing needs. Our terms are flexible to allow for a change in size or location to adapt to your needs.

  • What contract lengths are available?

    Twelve months is our standard term but please contact the sales team to discuss alternative options.

  • What additional services do you offer?

    We provide professional conference rooms, lounge spaces to relax, meet and work, telephone booths, tea points with complimentary drinks, and barista coffee machines. Our friendly on site teams are on hand to assist with any queries or requirements that may arise.

  • Is parking available?

    There is on site parking available at a number of our buildings and ample parking is available nearby all.

  • Can I use my own router, firewall or networking equipment?

    Yes. We recommend this setup as it gives you greater flexibility to tailor your office connectivity to suit your business needs.

  • Can additional network points or data cabling be installed within my office?

    Yes. Additional data cabling and network points can usually be installed within your office. Installation costs may apply, and all work must be coordinated through us to ensure compliance with building standards and existing infrastructure.

  • Can I use my own IT support?

    Yes. You are welcome to use your own IT support provider, and we can also introduce you to our preferred support team if needed.

  • Is there a charge for additional IT services or installations?

    Additional IT services, cabling, network setup, equipment installation, and bespoke connectivity requests may incur charges. Costs will be confirmed before any work is undertaken.

  • What is my office IP address and where can I find this information?

    If your office has been assigned a specific IP address or subnet, this information can be provided by the onsite  team upon request. Your external IT provider may also require these details when configuring services.

  • Can I change my internet requirements as my business needs change?

    Clients have the flexibility to adjust their internet service within minutes, from changing speeds to requesting port forwarding or a public IP address.

  • Can I request a static IP address for my business?

    Yes. Static IP addresses can often be provided where there is a valid business requirement, such as VPN access, hosted services, CCTV, access control systems, or specialist applications. Additional charges may apply.

  • How can I find out my public IP address?

    You can check your public IP address by visiting an online service such as “What Is My IP”. Alternatively, the onsite team can provide this information upon request.

  • Can I use the building’s Wi-Fi in my office?

    No. Please use the dedicated Wi-Fi provided for your office. The building Wi-Fi is intended for meeting rooms and communal areas only.
